Attend the Train the Trainer course presented by the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP) to become a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT). Upon completion of this seminar you will be awarded the certification designation of NCCDP/ICCDP Certified Alzheimer Disease and Dementia Care Trainer CADDCT and Certification as CDP ® Certified Dementia Practitioner®
Who should attend: Corporate Trainers, In-service Directors, Educators at learning institutions, Consultants, Department Heads.
Must have a 4 year degree OR a Nurse, RN, LPN or LVN
Certified or Licensed in a health care profession OR Educator in a learning institution
Experience in a health care setting OR Educator in a learning institution
Experience Presenting in-services or seminars or courses.
What is included: Curriculum Power point on memory stick, instructor notebook, Student handout notebook, Textbooks, Sexuality and Staff Concerns video on memory stick, pretest posttest for your students, sample brochure, sample class certificate, sample sign in sheet, information on where to obtain databases, how to apply for CEU’s, how to market, what you should charge for your services, certification as a CDP and CADDCT.
Please complete the CADDCT registration form and return to HFAM. CADDCT Registration Form will not be accepted without first registering and paying for the program. Once approved, NCCDP will email you a confirmation letter.
